BOOKING | DEPOSITS | BALANCE PAYMENTS
A booking inquiry can be made in person, by telephone, or online.
Please note that an inquiry does not in any way confirm a party as booked. Playspace will confirm the availability of your chosen date and time. Playspace will NOT hold your spot until the reservation is processed online and the deposit is received.
A party reservation can only be processed online.
Payment for the Party Package will be due in the following installments:
CANCELATIONS
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. The deposit amount may vary depending on the event scheduled. Private events require prepayments; these are considered deposits and are nonrefundable. If we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to cancel your event, and your deposit will be forfeited.
RESCHEDULING
In order to honor your initial deposit upon rescheduling, you must give at least 30 days' notice. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited. You are allowed one courtesy reschedule per deposit. A new date must be scheduled within 30 days from the cancellation date. Otherwise, the deposit is forfeited. It is your responsibility to reschedule within the 30-day time frame. If you cannot make it to your rescheduled event, your deposits will be forfeited, and you will need a new deposit to book again. The rescheduled window is 3 months.
If you need to reschedule your event, and If it is more than 48 hours and less than 30 days before the event, you will be charged a $50 additional rescheduling fee. We will transfer the existing deposit over ONE time, and it will be applied as a credit towards your new party. None of the amounts are refundable, and credit will not move further with the event. Playspace requires at least 48 hours notice to make any changes to your booking.
While we understand that life can be unpredictable, we require at least 48 hours' notice to make any changes to your booking. Attempting to reschedule your event with less than 48 hours' notice is considered a cancellation and will result in the forfeit of your deposit. If you do not show up to your event, your deposit will be forfeited. A new booking deposit will be required in order to book a new party.
LATENESS POLICY
Please call us if you are going to be late. Being more than 30 minutes late to your event with no notification will result in the forfeit of your deposit and cancellation of your event. A new deposit will be needed to book any events that were canceled due to lateness. If you are traveling from out of town, please allow extra time to account for traffic. If you are late with notification, please undertsand that your event time frames stay the same and you are giving up part of your event.
ARRIVAL | DEPARTURE
To ensure a smooth check-in process, the Party Organizer should arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled party time for setup and to greet your guests. If you arrive earlier than your scheduled time, you may be unable to access the facility until your allocated party time begins. We DO NOT recommend coming any sooner as space is limited, and another group will likely be in the party/play room. To request any variations to this rule, please get in touch with us to verify the schedule and see if we can try to accommodate your request.
AS A COURTESY TO THE NEXT PARTY. PLEASE HELP YOUR GUESTS LEAVE THE PARTY ROOM PROMPTLY AT THE END OF YOUR PARTY SO WE CAN PREPARE FOR THE NEXT FAMILY.
The Party Organizer must ensure the party room is vacated with all belongings at the end of the allocated party time.
The Party Organizer must ensure all guests leave the building at the end of the allocated party time. If the Party Organizer or guests do not leave the building at this time, we reserve the right to charge for additional time spent on the premises.
If The Party has not completely vacated the premises 10 mins after the scheduled party time has ended, there will be a $75 penalty fee.
INCLUDED NUMBERS FOR OUR PARTY PACKAGES
Each party package includes a specific number of guests.
We reserve the right to refuse extra party guests if you have reached your maximum capacity for your party area.

UNEXPECTED PARTY GUESTS
We can accommodate up to 6 additional kids' party guests on the day without notifying us. The extra guests will be added to your final invoice and must be paid for by the party organizer.
We have a total of 18 kid chairs & 18 adult chairs. Based on the final kids count tables and chairs will be allocated to your party room. Please do not place more tables in the room or reorganize the table settings to avoid damage and safety measures. Adult seating is subject to availability and is based on the final counts and required room arrangements. Additional guests may have to stand. Please adhere to each party's package capacity limits.
DECORATIONS | THEMING | BALLOONS
You’re welcome to use your decorations and your own themed paper products in the party room.
As we want your party to be everything your child desires, we welcome you to use any decoration pieces needed to achieve the theme you desire. Freestanding decorations are allowed and must be within reason to allow quick clean-up during the scheduled party time.
We do not permit ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, banners, glitters, sprays, or piñatas. No decorations are allowed outside of the party room, nor attached to furniture, doors, or door frames.
Helium balloons must be attached to the weight.
PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF THE TIME – YOU HAVE 2 HOURS. All items used to assemble your event must be placed in your vehicle by the end of your scheduled time. NO PARTY DECOR IS ALLOWED IN THE PLAYROOM BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER YOUR EVENT SCHEDULED TIME.
For custom setups, we offer UPGRADES. We recommend party time extensions for setups requiring additional time. Extensions are subject to availability and additional cost. Give us a call/email to discuss options.
HOST
Playspace party host will be dedicated to administering arrivals and organizing your party room time. The party host will set up and clean up the room. Party parent/guardian will be responsible for the greeting, care and supervision of all guests, including children left by their parents while attending your child’s party.
GIFTS are allowed in the party room. If you do plan to open them, Please be considerate, as we will not be able to extend your party time, and you need some time to help your guests leave the party room promptly at the end of your party so we can prepare for the next family. NO GIFTS IN THE PLAYROOM AREA, no exceptions - ALL MUST BE PLACED IN YOUR VEHICLE WITHIN YOUR PARTY TIME FRAME.
GOODIE BAGS | FAVORS are allowed – however, they must be handed out to kids when leaving the facility. We do not allow toys/small items in the play area.
OUTSIDE SERVICES
Face painters and tattoo artists are not allowed at Playspace, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Playspace must approve parties wishing to bring or use the services of companies supplying characters/mascots. No Crafts, Horns, or music equipment are permitted for the safety, cleanliness, and integrity of the services we provide.
SOCKS | CLOTHING | STROLLERS
Please ask all guests to wear suitable clothing when using our facilities – particularly our slides. Please have all children wear comfortable clothes with no glitter and confetti.
All guests (both adults and kids) MUST wear socks during their entire visit, or they cannot enter the play area floor and attractions. No shoes are allowed past the play floor entrance, even if not playing. Strollers (like shoes) are not permitted in the play area and are best left in your vehicle as there is limited space in the stroller parking area or party room.
RULES OF PLAY
All visitors must adhere to the rules of play posted.
Our partied and play area is recommended for children ages 0-7, Children outside of the recommended age group are expected to respect the facility and play carefully with the younger children. Any child posing a risk or not following our posted rules, maybe asked to be removed from the play floor. For hygiene and safety reasons, children and adults must always wear socks when on a play floor.
DAMAGES
Damages are not acceptable and will not be tolerated under any circumstance. Please make sure that your guest are aware of the playspace party rules and our age limits and guest limits are respected.
Themed Packages
Themed decorations are rentals and will remain as property of playspace.
